Website terms of use
The rules for using this website, in plain English.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the website, you accept them. They are separate from the agreement we make with clients when we provide a service.
This website is run by Lexaura Mediation (“we”, “us”), a trading name of Lexaura Mediation & Legal Support Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16565652). Our registered office is 7 Throwley Way, Sutton SM1 4AF. You can contact us at Lexaura.team@outlook.com or on +44 7454 034209.
The information on this website, including our articles and free tools, is general information only. It is not legal advice and does not replace advice about your own situation. Every situation is different.
Reading this website, using the free tools or contacting us does not make you our client, and does not create a solicitor–client relationship or any other professional relationship with us. We only start working with you once we have both agreed to it.
Lexaura Mediation is not a firm of solicitors and does not carry out reserved legal activities such as conveyancing or conducting litigation. Where you need formal legal advice or representation, we will suggest you speak to a qualified, regulated professional.
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but the law and official guidance change, and we cannot promise that everything here is complete or current. Please check anything important before you rely on it.
We are not responsible for any loss caused by relying on the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
We link to other websites, such as GOV.UK, Citizens Advice, support services, Cal.com, LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp, because we think they may be useful. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or how they use your information. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Our free tools (“Do I need a mediator?” and the divorce and breakup checklist) are for guidance only. They give general suggestions based on your answers; they do not assess your situation and they are not legal advice.
The tools work entirely in your own browser. Nothing you type or select is stored or sent to us or anyone else, and nothing is saved when you close the page. If you print or save your checklist, that copy stays on your own device.
The text, design, logo, photographs and other images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to view, print and share pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, republish or use our content or images for any other purpose without our written permission.
Our privacy notice explains how we collect and use personal information, and the cookies used by our booking calendar.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you have a question about these terms, please email Lexaura.team@outlook.com or write to Lexaura Mediation, 7 Throwley Way, Sutton SM1 4AF.
